Delete Your LoadReady Account

You can request deletion of your LoadReady account at any time. Here is how the process works.

How to request deletion

  1. Step 1: Contact LoadReady using the email address connected to your account.

  2. Step 2: Request permanent deletion of your LoadReady account.

  3. Step 3: LoadReady may verify your identity before processing the request.

  4. Step 4: Account information will be handled according to the Privacy Policy and applicable legal requirements.

Never send your password. LoadReady will never ask for your password by email. A deletion request only needs the email address associated with your account.

What happens to your information

Once a deletion request is verified and processed, your account is permanently deleted. Some information may be retained where we have an ongoing legal, tax, or recordkeeping obligation, or where it is needed to resolve a dispute or enforce our agreements. Operational records for a load or job may also be retained by the carrier, fleet, or organization that created them.
