LoadReady Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you are using LoadReady on behalf of a company or fleet, you confirm you are authorized to accept these terms on its behalf.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account, for keeping your login credentials confidential, and for all activity that takes place under your account. Notify us promptly at support@loadready.ai if you believe your account has been used without your authorization.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use LoadReady for any unlawful purpose
• Enter information you do not have the right to share, or that is false or misleading
• Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems you are not authorized to access
• Interfere with, disrupt, or place unreasonable load on the service
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the service except as permitted by law

LoadReady is a coordination tool. It does not replace your obligation to comply with permits, escort requirements, routing restrictions, and all other laws and regulations that apply to oversize and overweight movements. You remain solely responsible for the lawful operation of your loads.

4. Service Availability

We aim to keep LoadReady available and working, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error free service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, and we may perform maintenance that makes the service temporarily unavailable.

5. Third Party Services

LoadReady relies on third party services, for example mobile platforms, hosting providers, and mapping or location services. Your use of those services may also be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third party services or their content.

6. Intellectual Property

LoadReady, including the app, this website, and the LoadReady name and logo, is owned by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME TO BE CONFIRMED] and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable licence to use the app for its intended purpose. You retain ownership of the load, dispatch, and operational information you enter, and you grant us the licence needed to host, process, and display it in order to provide the service.

You may stop using LoadReady at any time and may request deletion of your account. See the Delete Account page. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated, if required by law, or if continued access poses a risk to the service or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

8. Disclaimers

LoadReady is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement. We do not warrant that information in the app is accurate, complete, or current. Information is supplied by users, and it is your responsibility to verify anything you rely on operationally.

9. Limitation of Liability
